Fair Information

The primary purpose of the Fair is to provide a place to display livestock, agriculture, crafts and the like in a safe, family-oriented environment. The Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair is a special annual event of very limited duration, with a specific objective of providing thousands of attendees an educational and entertainment experience, serving a main audience of family and youth, in a safe, family-oriented environment.

PLEASE LEAVE PETS AT HOME

Emotional Support animals are not allowed on the Fairgrounds.
ONLY SERVICE animals as defined by the Americans with Disability Act are allowed on our facilities.

Pets are not permitted on the Fairgrounds.
Do not leave them in your vehicle.


WHAT TO EXPECT

The Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair will be following current CDC Guidelines.

**PURCHASE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A TICKET, PASS, OR RIDE ARMBAND AND ENTRY INTO THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA & LEE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS CONSTITUTES YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF ALL EXPOSURES RELATED TO A FAIR, INCLUDING UNEVEN GROUNDS AND SURFACES, ANIMALS, RIDE ACTIVITIES, AND INCLUDING COMMUNICABLE DISEASES.**

Prohibited

Pets are not permitted on the Fairgrounds. Do NOT leave them in your vehicle. Service Animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

Weapons are not allowed on our grounds. Any item confiscated will be disposed of immediately. No items will be held for pick-up when leaving the grounds.

Gate Entry

  • If you purchased an Advance Ticket there is need to wait in line. You will proceed past the ticket booths and directly to the metal detectors.
  • If you have not purchased an Advance Ticket, you will do so at the ticket booth and then proceed.
  • Once cleared through the metal detectors, you will advance to have your ticket scanned at the Scanning Station. When the ticket taker scans the ticket, it will be validated – and then immediately become invalid for any other use.
    • Advance Ticket: You surrender your ticket at the turnstile and proceed to enjoy the fair.
    • Mega Pass: If you have a physical Mega Pass Ticket (not on your phone or printed from your computer) You will scan it at the turnstile and proceed with that ticket to collect your Ride Wristband by the Carousel. If you scan your phone or bring a printed Mega Pass, you will be given a daily ticket in exchange for the Mega Pass that you will take to the booth by the carousel to exchange for your Ride Wristband.

All Mechanical Rides

  • The Ride Band is for the mechanical rides only. The Ride Band does not include the Euro Slide nor any ‘cash’ attractions.

Livestock Shows

  • Be sure to check your daily schedule for all shows. This schedule can be located at the front of the grounds near just past the scanning station, and can also be downloaded each day from our website. Livestock shows are not held every day and not all animals are on the grounds at the same time. If you’re attending the Fair in anticipation of seeing the various animals, please check the schedule so that you will be aware of what animals are on grounds each day.

Free Entertainment, Shows & Exhibits

  • Your daily schedule will reflect the many FREE shows and entertainment we have to offer. Our free entertainment shows are scheduled multiple times throughout the hours we are open, allowing flexibility in your schedule. Inside the Lee Civic Center you will find our Home & Hobby Department, School Booths, 4-H Booths and Vendors. The Lee Civic Center closes nightly at 9pm. Be sure to check our our Hay Bale Decorating Competition – Hay Bales are located throughout the grounds.
  • Most importantly, IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL, PLEASE PLAN TO JOIN US ANOTHER DAY.
