Thank you Southwest Florida for making the 99th Annual Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair such a huge success! Over 110,000 visitors entered our gates. More than $800,000 was raised in our 4-H / FFA program Small Animal & Market Animal Auctions. And the best is yet to come! As we look forward to our Centennial Celebration, make sure to mark your calendars for February 29 - March 10, 2024 so that you are part of the amazing things happening at your Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair!

The primary purpose of the Fair is to provide a place to display livestock, agriculture, crafts and the like in a safe, family-oriented environment. The Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair is a special annual event of very limited duration, with a specific objective of providing thousands of attendees an educational and entertainment experience, serving a main audience of family and youth, in a safe, family-oriented environment.

**PURCHASE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A TICKET, PASS, OR RIDE ARMBAND AND ENTRY INTO THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA & LEE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS CONSTITUTES YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF ALL RULES, SAFETY GUIDELINES, PROHIBITED ITEMS, ANY EXPOSURES RELATED TO A FAIR, INCLUDING UNEVEN GROUNDS AND SURFACES, ANIMALS, RIDE ACTIVITIES, AND INCLUDING COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AS POSTED ON SWFLCFAIR.COM**

Here’s a few Fair Tips to consider when planning your day:

CHECK THE WEATHER REPORT:
Be prepared with sunscreen and visors on warm, sunny days. Have a jacket or sweatshirt for cool evenings. A poncho or umbrella, is a good idea if skies turn gray.

CLEAR BAG POLICY:
The Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair Association operates under a clear bag policy. A clear tote that is no larger than 12" x 12" x 8" is permitted as long as all items are loose. A clear plastic bag that is no larger than one gallon is permitted. All medically necessary & diaper bags will be permitted after proper inspection.

WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES AND BE AWARE OF DIFFERING TERRAIN:
With over 30 acres of rides, exhibits and food, there is plenty of walking in store. Remember the fair grounds have differing terrain, so make sure to be aware of your footing as you enjoy your time.

MOBILITY ASSISTANT RENTALS:
We do offer mobility assistant rentals once inside the fair. After you enter the gate, you will see the stand on the left to be able to rent scooter, wheelchairs, wagons and strollers.
Scooters - $35.00 for 4 hours | $55.00 all day
Wheelchairs - $10.00 all day
Strollers - $8.00 all day
Wagons - $10.00 all day

FOR YOUR SAFETY & HEALTH:
We ask everyone to wash their hands before leaving the restrooms, animal areas, and barns, especially before eating. There are hand-sanitizing stations located through-out the fairgrounds.

LEAVE COOLERS AT HOME:
No bottles, cans, coolers or picnic baskets are permitted on the fairgrounds

LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME:
Pets are not permitted on the fairgrounds. DO NOT leave them in your vehicle. Service Animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

PARKING IS ALWAYS FREE AT THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA & LEE COUNTY FAIR:
Be sure to lock your vehicle, and take note of where you have parked. Take a minute to familiarize yourself with your surroundings when you arrive to avoid confusion when you depart. When driving in the parking lot, please drive with caution and watch for “walking traffic”.

ONCE INSIDE THE FAIR, PICK UP A DAILY SCHEDULE AT THE INFORMATION BOOTH NEAR THE FRONT GATE
This is the best way to plan your day and locate all the activities there are to see and do at the Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair.

NO WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS!
Any items confiscated at the metal detectors will be disposed of immediately. No items will be held for pick-up when leaving the grounds. Be sure to check out our Policies on the General Information Tab.

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA & LEE COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION MISSION STATEMENT

The Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair Association, Inc. is dedicated to providing the best Fair possible for all residents of Southwest Florida.  It provides a gathering place for six counties to showcase their products and skills. It creates educational, social, cultural and economic opportunities to preserve and promote agriculture and traditions, while supporting 4-H and FFA to showcase project work of crafts, baking, canning, gardening and livestock to the general public.  We strive to provide the most valuable, educational and entertaining experience that resources will allow.
Operations of the fairgrounds and facilities are to serve the community by providing multipurpose facilities for both generating public and private events in a responsible manner generating economic stimulation and tourism development in this community. In carrying out the purpose of the Fair Association, policies and activities will be guided by the rules of the Fair Board.
The Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair Association, Inc. is a charitable tax exempt 501(c)3 organization.
